HR System Name Changes

Note: Names must be entered into the HR system as they appear on the employee’s Social Security card. It is required by the IRS for W-2 reporting purposes that the name submitted matches Social Security Card records.

Both CSU and the employee may be fined if names are reported incorrectly in the HR system.
